- High elf
- One of the previous worldshapers that lived before Kaya
- Failed at the Water Trial, during which he lost his sister and failed the trial
- He was subsequently trapped in the final chamber of the Water Trial, where he has remained for centuries
- Shown to have a strong protective instinct, as shown by:
- His standing up to bullies as a child
- His siding with the drow in the Silvanour civil war (assuming that high elves are skin color racist AND race racist, making the drow a minority)
History
All following information was revealed in Session 44 through visions experienced by Kaya in the Water Trial
- Likely grew up in Langston (or a city that looks similar to it)
- Rose to prominence as a war hero in a Silvanour war between elves (heavily implied to be a war between high elves and drow)
- By this point in his life, Ralnor:
- Was in his mid-twenties
- Had already unlocked at least half of his worldshaper abilities (Earth and Fire)
- By this point in his life, Ralnor:
- At an unknown point in his war campaign against the drow, he chose to spare one and was imprisoned (likely for “turning against his people”)
- He ends up breaking out of prison because the idiots put him in an open sky jail. DID THEY FORGET THAT THIS BITCH CAN FLY?? (He also has Air unlocked by now)
- In his mid-thirties, Ralnor has completely sided with the drow and is a highly-decorated war general
- By this point in his life he’s lost the spark in his eyes :( depressed king
- The only (plot-relevant) family he has is is sister, who made him a seashell necklace in their youth
- His sister drowns at an unknown point in his life, at which point he tries to control the water around her to keep her from drowning (this doesn’t work, obviously, since she gets fridged)
- Following his sister’s death and his failing of the Water Trial, Ralnor seems to vow to never let anyone make the same mistake he did
